You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Item must be in its original condition and packaging
• Item must not be a final sale or personalized item

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, washed or damaged by the customer

📦 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@mammamiah.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you return instructions within 24-48 hours
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
